For those young at heart, this social class will get you moving to the music. Circuit based and working with a variety of equipment to improve your aerobic fitness, stability & strength. 

​

On arrival to your first class please complete a pre-exercise questionnaire and inform the instructor of any health concerns and have any questions answered. 

​

ActiveMoves is run by an accredited exercise professional Jess Nall. She is specifically trained in managing safe, low to moderate intensity physical activity programs and will help you to modify exercises where need be. You can exercise at your own pace, or take a break anytime in a friendly atmosphere.

 

ActiveMoves is open to everyone and is designed to be safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity.​ Everyone welcome.

As a trainer, my goal is to make fitness fun and achievable so that it becomes part of the client’s lifestyle long-term. Working in the fitness industry since 2003 and teaching in gyms across Newcastle has allowed me to train clients that have ranged not only in fitness levels, though also in age from 4-96 years old. Im a mum of 4 under 7 and love my family to bits!
