What to expect
Enjoy music-based, circuit-style workouts that focus on falls prevention, balance, strength, cardio fitness, and social connection.
Led by accredited exercise professional Jess Nall, classes are safe, supportive, and designed to suit all fitness levels. Exercise at your own pace, with modifications provided as needed.
ActiveMoves is suitable for people with stable long-term health conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.

Hi, Im Jess Nall
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR & PERSONAL TRAINER
My passion is helping people discover that exercise can be enjoyable, achievable, and something to look forward to. I truely believe that fitness, strength, and balance can improve at any age. It is so rewarding to see ActiveMover's build confidence and improve their quality of life.
Ive worked in the fitness industry since 2003, with clients of all ages and abilities, from children through to adults in their 90s.
ActiveMoves began in Adamstown in 2016 and has become much more than an exercise class. It’s a welcoming community where people come together to move, connect, and have fun. Regular coffee van visits and morning tea catch-ups help foster the friendships that make our group so special.
I’m incredibly proud of the ActiveMoves community.
The support, encouragement, and friendships shared by our participants make every class a joy to be part of.

Active Moves classes cover exercises that are greatly beneficial for all ages in the class, balance,strength training, cadio and cool down stretches. Jess encourages everyone to work at their own pace and demonstrates modified ways of doing things if needed. Jess is a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor and facilitates a fun and motivational environment. Jess also shows a genuine interest in everyone's well-being. I really enjoy coming to the classes and love the great sense of community within the classes. I can't recommend these classes highly enough.
