For those young at heart, this social class will get you moving to the music. Circuit based, working with a variety of equipment. Exercise at your own pace. Improve your aerobic fitness, stability & strength.

Simple moves from Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates to strengthen your balance & improve flexibility. Minimal work getting down & up off the floor. Leave feeling calm & relaxed.

A gentle class for those wanting to move at a slower pace. Focusing on improving posture & falls prevention. Chair based exercises will be offered as we strengthen & stretch.
ActiveMoves is run by an accredited exercise professional Jess Nall. She is specifically trained in managing safe, low to moderate intensity physical activity programs and will help you to modify exercises where need be. You can exercise at your own pace in a friendly atmosphere.
These classes replace the Heart Foundation Heartmoves classes in Adamstown.
ActiveMoves is open to everyone and is designed to be safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity. Everyone welcome.
When was the last time you did something for the first time?
As a trainer, my goal is to make fitness fun and achievable so that it becomes part of the client’s lifestyle long-term. Working in the fitness industry since 2003 and teaching in gyms across Newcastle has allowed me to train clients that have ranged not only in fitness levels, though also in age from 4-96 years old. Im a mum of 4 under 7 and love my family to bits!
